The Forgotten is a television series which premiered on September 22, 2009 on ABC. On November 9, 2009, ABC ordered five additional episodes of the series, bringing the first season's total to eighteen episodes. It was reported that the March 9, 2010 episode would be the series finale, but ABC has confirmed that the show has not been canceled and that the two remaining episodes may be aired before the end of the season.
